In addition to an eventful Business program, BIOT is the largest exhibition in Russia and Eastern Europe in the field of creating safe working conditions and the production of personal protective equipment.

The organizers are constantly experimenting, filling the exposition with the most relevant and advanced developments, creating new themed alleys and salons. This year, there have been the following areas: materials and equipment for light industry, materials and equipment for footwear production, industrial and fire safety, work at height and in confined space, workplace health and HR, IT solutions and innovations. 357 Russian and foreign exhibitors from 15 countries of the world presented their products there. The total area of the exposition was 15,500 sq. m.

"In 2022, a large number of new companies, including foreign ones, have joined BIOT. Delegations from Iran, Uzbekistan, India and other countries are amongst it`s most active participants. The traditional "alleys" at the exhibition have been preserved (for example, the alley of shoes), the alleys of equipment have expanded. Quite a lot of emphasis was placed on the IT segment, on digitalization, because without these technologies it is already difficult to imagine our life, especially in the field of creating and ensuring safe working conditions. Special thanks for the help in organizing and conducting the BIOT to all colleagues from the BIOT Organizing Committee, personally to the President of the RSPP Shokhin A.N., the chairman of the FNPR Shmakov M.V. and the head of the Department of Labor Protection, Industrial Safety and Environmental Control Lisitsyn A.I.," Vladimir Kotov, President of the ASIZ, commented on the work of the exhibition and the International BIOT Forum.
