Visiting the exhibition and events of the Business Program, Forum, Game Zone is free

You must complete electronic registration on the website BIOT-EXPO, print out the ticket with the barcode received by email and come with the printed ticket to BIOT from December 10 to 13 (check out junk folder as well)

A ticket with a barcode is required to pass through the turnstiles at the entrances to the Exhibition Halls. If desired, you can exchange your paper ticket for a badge at the Registration Desk located in Pavilion 1 of Crocus Expo

Please check your SPAM or SPAM folder (junk mail), sometimes emails end up there for some reason. But if you did not find an email with a link to an electronic ticket there, please reach out to delprog@biotexpo.ru

Go to the visitor registration desk in Pavilion 1 of the Crocus Expo IEC, state your name. Your registration will be found in the database and a badge will be printed

The visitor's electronic ticket is valid for the entire period of the event from December 10 to 13, 2024

Go to the visitor registration desk at the entrance, explain the situation, state your name and ask to print your badge again

The number of visitors is not limited, come with your entire organization. Each specialist will find something interesting and useful for themselves

Deadlines for stand installation/dismantling

Marking of the area: from 14:00 to 17:00 on December 06 (without the presence of third-party developers and exhibitors)

Installation: from 17:00 to 19:30 on December 06, 2024;
from 08:00 to 19:30, December 07-09, 2024;

Delivery of exhibits/samples by the Participant to the pavilion: from 12:00 to 19:30 on December 09, 2024;

Offline exhibition period:
from 10:00 to 18:00 – from December 10 to 12, 2024, and
from 10:00 to 16:00 – December 13, 2024.

Dismantling and removal of exhibits/samples:
from 16:00 to 19:30 on December 13, 2024 – removal of exhibits, furniture, fittings, dismantling of electrical equipment, etc. (without dismantling the stand structure);
from 08:00 to 19:30 on December 14, 2024 – dismantling.

Terms of accreditation of unequipped exhibition space for individual construction of stands

SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR WORKS AND SERVICES ON CONTROL OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION (accreditation) FOR ONE-STOREY AND TWO-STOREY STANDS for the General Developer "BuildExpo" to control the compliance of technical documentation and check static calculations, quality of construction and installation and electrical installation works when designing individual exhibition displays for developers and companies that arrange their exhibition stands independently:

If static calculations are not required (if there are no structures for power suspensions, no podiums (stages) more than 1 m high, etc.) - 8 calendar days before the start of installation, i.e. before November 27. From November 28, the increasing coefficient is 50%
If static calculations are required (if there are structures for power suspensions, there is a podium (stage) more than 1 m high, etc.) - 15 calendar days before the start of installation, i.e. until November 20. From November 21, the increasing coefficient is 50%
Control of technical documentation during the installation of mobile stands (without construction) must be agreed upon BEFORE the start of installation, i.e. until November 27 inclusive.
WORKS AND SERVICES OF THE ELECTRIC LABORATORY must be agreed upon BEFORE the start of installation, i.e. until December 5 inclusive.
WORKS AND SERVICES FOR FIRE SAFETY (if the developer does not have certificates) - must be done BEFORE the start of installation, i.e. until December 5. If this needs to be done during the installation period, i.e. from December 6 to December 9 – the increasing coefficient will be 100%
WORKS AND SERVICES FOR SUSPENSION OF STRUCTURES TO CEILING BEAMS OF EXHIBITION HALLS, the deadline for submission is 6 calendar days before the start of installation, i.e. until November 29. From November 30 – the increasing coefficient is 100%.
Installation supervision (if necessary) and testing of audiovisual equipment used by event participants – 4 days before installation, i.e. until December 2. From December 3 – the increasing coefficient is 100%
