How much does it cost to participate in BIOT?
Visiting the exhibition and events of the Business Program, Forum, Game Zone is free

What do you need to do to visit BIOT?
You must complete electronic registration on the website BIOT-EXPO.RU, print out the ticket with the barcode received by email and come with the printed ticket to BIOT from November 17 to 20 (check out junk folder as well)

Why do I need to print out my ticket?
A ticket with a barcode is required to pass through the turnstiles at the entrances to the Exhibition Halls. If desired, you can exchange your paper ticket for a badge at the Registration Desk located in Pavilion 1 of Crocus Expo

What should I do if I completed online registration, but the visitor badge has not been sent to my email?
Please check your SPAM or SPAM folder (junk mail), sometimes emails end up there for some reason. But if you did not find an email with a link to an electronic ticket there, please reach out to delprog@biotexpo.ru

What should I do if I received an electronic ticket by email, but I can’t print it out?
Go to the visitor registration desk in Pavilion 1 of the Crocus Expo IEC, state your name. Your registration will be found in the database and a badge will be printed

What is the validity period of the visitor's electronic ticket?
The visitor's electronic ticket is valid for the entire period of the event from November 17 to 20, 2026

What to do if I lost the badge?
Go to the visitor registration desk at the entrance, explain the situation, state your name and ask to print your badge again

How many people can come from an organization?
The number of visitors is not limited, come with your entire organization. Each specialist will find something interesting and useful for themselves

For the Exhibitors

Deadlines for stand installation/dismantling
Marking of the area: from 14:00 to 17:00 on November 13 (without the presence of third-party developers and exhibitors)

Installation: from 11:00 to 19:30 on November 13, 2026;
from 08:00 to 19:30, November 14-16, 2026;

Delivery of exhibits/samples by the Participant to the pavilion: from 12:00 to 19:30 on November 16, 2026;

Offline exhibition period:
from 10:00 to 18:00 – from November 17 to 19, 2026,
from 10:00 to 16:00 – November 20, 2026.

Dismantling and removal of exhibits/samples:
from 16:00 to 19:30 on November 20, 2026 – removal of exhibits, furniture, fittings, dismantling of electrical equipment, etc. (without dismantling the stand structure);
from 08:00 to 19:30 on November 21, 2026 – dismantling.
